- Newbie and Returnee are eligible to receive log in reward at the event page in NA homepage.

Q1. What is Newbie?

A. Hero who signs in NA homepage after August update and log-in to the game

 

 

Q2. What is Returnee?

A. Eligible in receiving the rewards are Heroes who didn't have a Dragon Nest login history for more than 30 days at the start of this event.

This applies even to users who were already offline for more than 30 days and return during the start of the event period.

[Please Check!]

- Event reward will be given by account basis through Special Storage by logging in and clicking on the website.

- Every count result will be applied to the game at 9:00 AM (PDT) the right next day. If you achieve your 25th participants,

  you can receive the final reward by clicking [Receive the prize] from the website on the 26th, the next day.

- If you do not receive the event reward in game within 24 hours after clicking on the reward on the homepage, it will automatically be expired.

- Heroes who have signed up as a previous member but have not yet received email authentication will be eligible for [Newbie] upon completion of the authentication process.

- For Newbie, you can receive reward when you sign up for membership and access to in-game and Returnees should access in-game for receive the event reward.

- Event content and duration may be changed, modified or canceled, depending on our circumstances.

- The event page ends on October 10, 2020 at 23:59 (PDT).

- If you participate in the event in an inappropriate way, you may cancel your participation and recollect items, and use of the game may be restricted.

- Clearing Nest (Normal, 4 players, 6 players and 8 players), Sunset Training Ground, [Event] Storm of Time and Space, [Catastrophe] Red Lotus Palace, Sunset Cloister, Deep Abyss of Nightmare, Push! Crystal Statue is not considered as stage mission clear.

- Crazy Duck Coin Accumulation, use and win history are available to check in "History" Page. The time that written in Coin accumulation is date and time of Coin has given.

- When the coin has consumed to draw, coin will be deducted and the result comes out immediately. You cannot withdraw after draw result comes out.

- Prizes with a total quantity limit will be probable and there is a 100% chance of winning for items with no total quantity limit. But, there is no limit to the number of entries, but you can receive up to one per a prize.

- Prizes with a total quantity limit can be taken before the event period ends.

- Prize Item will be changed in a week, whether there is winner or not. All item which has no winners will be opened again in last week.

- If account has win, Latis Global Communications, Inc will guide through e-mail, the items shipping is scheduled to take place after October 8.

  And the items will be sent to the place that you have written in Shipping Information page.

  Shipping Information is available to modify until September 26th Saturday (PDT), this shipping address should be confirmed for receiving items.

   If you need to change the address after the shipping modification deadline is over, please contact directly to Latis Global Communications, Inc, who is in charge of shipping.

- If there is false information, omission of information, or omission of the shipping information as of September 26th Saturday (PDT), the items may not be sent.

- Prize items cannot be disposed to other person, and also exchanging with cash or other goods equivalent to item.
