We would like to address our deep apologies to our heroes who has been accidentally banned. The massive ban has been occurred due to our Bot banning policy.

 

 

We are continuously monitoring Bringer and assassin accounts which are associated with gold selling activity with using illegal tools, also cracking down botter/illegal users has been classified, with tracking the gold selling price.

 

 

Thereupon, we have found, banned the accounts permanently that has been repeatedly abusing gold farming. Additionally, gold abusing bringer/assassin accounts by receiving mails or 1:1 gold exchange activity has been found during the investigation.

 

 

Withal, innocent heroes who are not related to gold farming or abusing activity, also has been included in our database, we deeply apologize our heroes who have faced the account ban issue.

 

 

With regards to the illegal activities or gold selling issue, massive permanent ban on the accounts have intention or purchase history of buying, selling or trading gold is scheduled. And yet, we can reassure you that we will take a closer look at the circumstances surrounding this incident and will try our best to avoid this issue from happening again. We are always trying to do our best to promote a better service.

 

 

Once again, we deeply apologize to our heroes who has been unnecessary banned in regards to today’s incident.
