Dear Heroes,

 

Above all, we would like to reiterate our deep apology for any inconvenience that has been was caused by Best Hero Tournament.

 

With regards to the Rare stone issue that was found from the Best Hero Tournament, we had an urgent maintenance, retrieved all rare stones and gold that been made from selling the rare stone as well.

 

As it has been mentioned from the last announcement, the standard of the rare stone was ‘Cleared Best Heroes Tournament more than 2 times’, the accounts which the above standard has been applied, were banned and their gold withdrawn has been followed.

 

And yet, the accounts’ balance is sufficient due to gold use, as we have notified heroes from the last notification, additional sanction has been made today; a day per 10,000 Gold. With the followed second sanction, we have retrieved remaining gold as well.

 

The gold that has been retrieved from the activity, 3/5 of them has been retrieved and the rest of the balance has been collected with the second sanction today.

 

With performing additional sanction on the gold were already consumed, we were deeply concerned that may cause any additional victims, consequently, we have limited the second sanction on the activity related accounts and characters.

 

We would like to let our heroes to be noted that the gold and item retrieval completed accounts will be able to log in the game successfully from now on. We also would like to notify and our heroes to understand that the sanctions were inevitable plan for economic situation and fair game service.

 

Once again, we apologize if any inconvenience was caused and will try out best to provide better game service to our heroes.
