We are giving our deepest apologies for inconvenience caused by technical issue in Old Rusty Key package discount event and channel issue. 

We found that there is serious technical issue while listing the event items at our cash shop.

Therefore, we held the sale event we will send the missing items to who bought the event packages.

 

For those who bought during the event period(July 20th after the urgent maintenance ~ Until July 21th 01:22am) the missing bought Old Rusty Keys will be sent like as follows:

We have noticed that some of the heroes bought the Old Rusty Key Package in the Discount event section after the event period. We are truly apologize with the technical issue and for those who already made the bugged package, will get the keys and instead, we have decided to extend the event period.

The missing purchased items will be given to Special Storage in July 20th, 2018 02:00 HRS (PDT) / 05:00HRS (EDT).

 

Also, because of the technical issue, we decided to change the event as follows.
