Dear Heroes,

 

Several policies of Dragon Nest NA will be renewed as we found that recently a large number of abusers are exploiting certain platform to harm DN NA service.

Purpose of this decision is to prevent potential damage of innocent players, so please kindly understand our decision and measures to solve this issue.

The change of policy will be affect our heroes' game play right after its appliance, but it also will help balanced in-game Gold-based economy structure and playing condition in the long term. 

 

We, Eyedentity Games will conduct strong legal sanctions to stop the illegal abusers who use abnormal and illegal way to earn Gold and valuable items.

 

We had to make the decision to announce the abuser lists to prevent potential harm to our innocent players.

The list below is a part of abuser list who were banned during sanctioning procedure, please kindly refer to it while playing DN NA.

We will continuously put the strong sanction to account of abusers, as well as any accounts which have taken any advantages or in-game resources (items or Gold, etc.) through abusing the system, or from abusers.

 

The following system change regarding this issue will be applied since December 13th update:

1.  EYEC will not be available to purchase [Old Rusty Key] item and any kind of [Dragon Egg] items.

2.  Paypal top-up will be changed from EYEC to EYET.

3.  Every Xsolla top-up will be classified as EYET.

4.  EYEC previously charged via Paypal or Xsolla still is valid. (Available, not expired)

 

We will do our best to protect our innocent players from any abusing, and maintain the best service quality.
