The [DNP Payback Promotion for New Heroes!] event reward has been sent out on 14^th March, 2019 during Game Patch, to those who have:

 

1) No cash charge history before February 1^st 00:00 (PST)

2) Charge during February 14^th 00:00 to February 28^th 23:59 (PST)

3) Spent ET/EC during the event period

 

 

For example,

If you had no cash charge history at all, charged and spent 2000 EYET during the event period, you will receive the amount of your spent EC/ET into DNP (Dragon Nest Petal).
