We confirm that there was a delivery issue for 1st Cleared [Honor] Gust Dragon Nest Event as shown below and apologize for further instructions on how to proceed.
First, we confirmed issues that were sent on a character basis, not account basis.
As a result, the event winners who want to move the provided title to another character in the same account, please log in from the webpage and submit a 1: 1 inquiry within the below period.
