We found that some OS has UAC (User Account Control) issues on Dragon Nest program.

Here's our solution. 

If there's an error in the middle of launcher patch, please follow the instructions below.

1. Find your Dragon Nest Shortcut from your desktop.
2. Right-Click>Properties>Compatibility Tab
3. Click "Run as Administrator" 

This will be solved after the first patch download.
