Hello, Heroes.
This is the Dragon Nest Operations team.
Today, we would like to share the direction we are taking for the service and the areas the team is currently focusing on.
As Dragon Nest continues to be operated across multiple regions, differences in update timing, content experience, and service structure between regions have naturally become more noticeable over time.
To reduce these gaps, we have been working since 2025 to bring the global service closer together and maintain a more stable and consistent service direction across regions.
At the same time, we also believe it is important to continue considering each region’s player expectations, play style, and service environment as part of that process.
With that in mind, the operations team would like to share several areas we will continue to focus on moving forward.
1. We will continue working to reduce update gaps between regions
One of our key priorities is to reduce unnecessary delays between regions so that players can experience new content sooner.
We are continuing discussions and adjustments to narrow the gap between major regions wherever possible, and for North America, we are also reviewing and adjusting the schedule in a direction that brings updates forward by about one month compared to before.
Through this, we hope to provide faster access to new content while building a more consistent global service flow.
For key competitive content, including major Dragon-related updates, we are also continuing to review ways to bring regional timing closer together.
2. We will further encourage party play through Dragon-related events
We believe one of Dragon Nest’s core strengths is the enjoyment that comes from party play, where Adventurers cooperate and challenge content together.
With that in mind, we are also preparing and operating events designed to make Dragon content more accessible, including directions that ease difficulty so that more players can participate and enjoy party-based gameplay.
We do not see this as just a one-time event approach, but as part of creating an environment where more players can take part in major content together.
Going forward, the Operations team will continue reviewing ways to further support party play and strengthen the community experience.
3. We will take a closer look at product structure and perceived value
The Operations team believes that package structure, product value, and progression satisfaction are all important parts of the long-term game experience.
With that in mind, we will continue reviewing future product structure and service direction more carefully so they better reflect actual player experience and overall satisfaction.
Some adjustments have already begun gradually through recent updates, and we plan to continue improving these areas step by step.
4. We will place greater focus on progression satisfaction and gameplay experience
We believe Dragon Nest is at its best when character growth feels meaningful and gameplay continues to feel rewarding over time.
The Operations team sees progression satisfaction and gameplay experience as increasingly important parts of future service operations, and we will continue working so that these aspects are better reflected in future systems and service adjustments.
5. We will continue improving the areas the Operations team can directly support
While the Operations team does not directly develop game content, we believe that the day-to-day player experience can still be meaningfully improved through service direction, communication, events, and community support.
We will continue working to provide a more stable and enjoyable environment through ongoing events, community care, and clearer service plan updates.
We will also continue reviewing player feedback more closely so that it can contribute not only to communication, but also to future service improvements and adjustments.
Lastly,
The Operations team will continue working to move Dragon Nest in a better direction by reducing regional gaps, improving the gameplay experience, and providing a more satisfying service overall.
We will continue sharing important updates and directions with you as we move forward.
Thank you, as always, for playing Dragon Nest.
Sincerely,
The Dragon Nest Operations Team
