Dear Heroes,

 

We would like to notify the investigation result of the Sea Fishing Event Rank raised up around the below server issue.

Along with the server issue, the Fishing Event Rank was unexpectedly formed for a few players on the ground so they were unable to finish the fishing event. 

For this reason, we finally reached to conclude this was not a malicious abuse case and our dev division will reinforce the event mechanism on the occasion of unanticipated trouble.

 

In isolation from this investigation result, we are going to deliver a complement to those who changed their rank due to this issue.

Existing rankers' records remain unchanged. (Promoted to duplicate)

During that time, there must have been inconveniences such as not being able to log in, play game contents, and disconnection.
