We would like to inform you that the following issue has come to our attention after Update Patch of March, 2023.

 

 

1. Confirmed unintended item was contained in Frozen Ring Engraving Packages in the Cash Shop.

└ The Frozen Ring Engraving Package is currently not for sale, but will be on sale after fixing the package.
└ Our team has decided not to recall the unintended item, but to provide the right package again for those who purchased the <Frozen Ring Engraving Package>. 

└ Fix date: 09th March, 2023(PST).

└ Delivery date: Urgent Maintenance on 09th March, 2023(PST).

 

2. Confirmed unintended item was contained in Eternal Oath Package (Vandar) in the Cash shop.

└ The Eternal Oath Package (Vandar) is currently not for sale, but will be on sale after fixing the package.

└ Our team has decided not to recall the unintended item, but to provide the right package again for those who purchased the <Eternal Oath Package (Vandar)>. 
└ Fix date: 09th March, 2023(PST).

└ Delivery date: Urgent Maintenance on 09th March, 2023(PST).

 

3. Confirmed the tokens for Season 1: Lucky Shot were not rewarded to players who topped-up on 08th March, 2023.

└ Delivery date: Delivered at 18:30 09th March, 2023(PST).

 

4. Confirmed the wrong description issue of Flurry's [Awakened] Fling Sky skill. 

└ Fix date: Scheduled Maintenance on 15th March, 2023(PDT).

 

 

 

5. Confirmed the wrong description issue of Cleric's [Enhance] Charge Bolt skill. (Updated as 16th March, 2023)

└ Fix date: April Update Patch on 5th April, 2023(PDT).
