We would like to inform you that the following issue has come to our attention.

 

1. Confirmed the issue of Lucky Shot reward 'Ancient's Energy' being sent as 'Ancient's Memory'.

└ We have noticed that 'Ancient's Energy' was sent as 'Ancient's Memory'.

└ To make up the mistake, without being unfair between users, we have decided to change the reward to 'Ancient's Memory' until the end of the event.

└ If you have obtained 'Ancient's Energy' through Lucky Shot Event, please refrain from using it. We will exchange the item in order.

 

2. Confirmed the issue of some rewards from Lucky Shot were not able to stack with the exisiting items in the inventory. (Added on 240523)

└ We have noticed that some items are not able to be stacked together.

└ We are currently checking on it.

└ Will be able to stack after Scheduled Maintenance on 24.06.13

 

3. Confirmed the issue of Lucky Shot Event Page not able to access. (Added on 240523)

└ We have found the issue and fixed it.

4. Confirmed the issue of Bonus Event 2: Enhancement Rate Boosting not being started on time. (Added on 240523)

└ Start of Enhancement Rate Boosting Event: 2024-05-23 16:07:00 (PDT)~

 

5. Confirmed the issue of STG Conquer Box being unable to use Server Storage

└ Patchnote will be fixed to unable to use Server Storage.

└ For those who have been confused and would like the STG Conquer Box to be resent to Special Storage, please send an 1:1 Inquiry.

└ We will collect the STG Conquer Box and resend on the Scheduled Maintenances before the July Update Patch once per account.
