Dear Heroes,
We would like to inform you regarding the removal of certain Mission Boxes and known issues related to the Ark of Transcendence season change.

 

 

1. Mission Box Removal

- Free Silver Hunter Mission Boxes (Lv.1–15) remained active due to an error following their scheduled removal in August 2025.
- These boxes will be fully deleted during the February Update. Please ensure you use them before the patch.

 

 

2. Known Issue: Mission Clearance

- We have identified an issue where the Silver Hunter Mission Box (Lv.14) and Growing Dragon Nest Veteran Mission Box (Lv.7) cannot be cleared due to the Ark of Transcendence season change.
- If you are experiencing this issue, please contact 1:1 Inquiry before the February Update for support.

 

 

3. Seasonal Fixes for Purchased Boxes

- Issues regarding purchased Mission Boxes with mismatched Ark of Transcendence seasons will be resolved during the March Update.
- If you encounter this issue before the fix is implemented, please contact 1:1 Inquiry. We will provide the missing rewards and the next-level Mission Box to ensure your continued progress.
