Dear Heroes,

 

We would like to to inform you about issues that came to our attention following the June 10th Update Patch.

 

 

1. Some players did not receive their Ark rewards.

• The rewards will be delivered on July 12th, 2026 09:00 AM (PDT) 

 

2. The Active Event is currently operating on an account basis.

• This behavior is intended. We apologize for the confusion. The account- wide implementation was originally planned for the July Update Patch, but it was applied earlier than scheduled. To compensate for this change, we will be holding a Hot Time Event. Please wait for further details in our upcoming notice.
 

3. The additional Hero Skill from the Engraving Pen is not being added when in stage or world zone. (added on 26.06.16)

• The damage is being applied correctly, and this issue only affects the client-side display. Therefore, there is no problem with equipping the costume and continuing to play. We will work to resolve this display issue as quickly as possible.
