We would like to inform you about the issues that have come to our attention following the October Update Patch.

 

1. An issue where September's "◆ EVENT 10 - Celebration Active Event" ended earlier than scheduled, preventing some Heroes from claiming their event rewards after consuming their "Anniversary Lucky Draw". 

[Reward Distribution Details]

▶ General Event Rewards: Unclaimed event rewards resulting from this issue are currently scheduled to be delivered to affected Heroes during the November Update Patch.

▶ Event Currency Distribution: The distribution for the Red Phoenix Mount Exchange Feather rewards will also occur during the November Update Patch.

▶ Event Shop Schedule: We recognize that Heroes need sufficient time to exchange their Feathers before the shop closes, so the [Bestie] Blaze Phoenix Mount will remain in the Pandora Shop until further notice. This is to ensure everyone has ample time to claim their rewards.

2. A technical issue within the Gacha Machine Web Event where guaranteed Epic-tier spins were occasionally delayed past their intended milestone thresholds when completing multi-spin draws.

[Details]:

▶ System Fix: The event's spin logic has been corrected to ensure all guaranteed milestone rewards trigger as intended.

▶ Affected Players: A few Heroes who missed a guaranteed reward before the fix (implemented October 28th, 2026 at 01:47 PDT) will automatically receive their pending milestone reward on their next single spin.

▶ Compensation: As compensation, we plan to provide each affected Hero with one additional Little Joy Selection Pouch, which is normally awarded for completing a 10-spin draw, during the October 28th Scheduled Maintenance.
