We have confirmed that there are two current Cash Shop issues likely below:

 

 

-Conversion Egg Sale Period is over but it is still displayed on the tab.

-Hero's Costume (Argenta, Gerraint) on [Sales Items] tab is unable to purchase.  

 

 

Our team is working on those issues now and we promise to resolve them as quickly as possible.

 

We will update this notice when the delivery complete and apologize for the inconvenience that this issue may have caused.

During the maintenance, heroes will not be able to connect to the game including steam users and are expected to be resumed by 03:00HRS (PDT) / 06:00HRS (EDT).
