First, we confirmed issues that were sent on a character basis, not account basis.

 

 

 

As a result, the event winners who want to move the provided title to another character in the same account, please log in from the webpage and submit a 1: 1 inquiry within the below period.

Red Lotus Gatekeeper Nameplate (1) can be collectible until 20th February 23:00 (PST) and unclaimed and deleted item won't be reimbursed.

-2 Red Lotus Gatekeeper Nameplate (7 days) will be sent through Special Storage during the 3rd February maintenance and 8th February 9:00 AM (PST). You can receive a total 4 entry tickets.

-The ticket can be claimed by only 95lv characters.

-The ticket can be collectible until 10th and 15th February 23:59 PM (PST)
