Based on the 1:1 inquiry ticket that the Level 6 of the mission box reported by certain guilds and players was impossible to clear and open, the 1st test had made last week. As a result, we couldn't find any issues, but we identified suspicious points that were presumed to cause errors in the 2nd test conducted today.

 

 

 

 

Our team is currently tracking the exact cause and solution and most of all we're very sorry for the continuous issue relay of the event. 

 

 

 

We will update this notice as soon as the resolution way be ready.

July 2020! Do you remember the Guild Mission Box event?

At the time, I was surprised that many people cleared the mission box event at a very fast pace. o_o
