Our service team would like to give you a more detailed response with this notice to the 'Critical Damage of Skill Rune items' stat that inquired in from December 2021 to the present.

 

 

Along with the patch note in December, we once informed you that Critical Damage would be applied to Skill Rune items with the Update Patch in December 2021. 

However, since then, the relevant section has been removed/edited from the patch note by confirming that the relevant details are not applicable from December 2021.

 

 

Afterward, we also confirmed that no history gave detailed information to our players.

Therefore, we would like to inform you our update plan is likely below even it is rather too late.

Skill Rune items are precisely given options related to 'Critical Damage,' but the 'Critical Damage' stat (effect) does not properly apply to actual playable characters.

 

 

 

 

 

 

[After the February 2022 update]

 

 

 

 

After the update in February 2022, the 'Critical Damage' of Skill Rune items will be properly applied to the playable character.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Due to a miscommunication regarding the above topic within the development division and service team, we were not able to inform these details earlier.

We sincerely apologize for this delayed notice and will enhance the internal communication process to prevent this mishap in the future.
