We would like to inform you that the following issue has come to our attention:

 

 

 

 

[Issue Details]

 

 

1. The weekly Fission Maze 18F+ and above rewards are not delivered on 12th February. 

└ The rewards were sent to the Special Storage on 18th February 2022 (GMT+8)

 

 

2. The number of total character slots is not increased during the Update Patch. (Updated as of 16th Feb.)

└ The fix will be delivered during the Scheduled Maintenance on 16th February 2022 (GMT+8).

 

 

3. The game client crashes when attempting to open the Premium Plate (Atomic Blade) and Premium Plate (Dynamic Vortex). (Updated as of 28th Feb.)

└ The devs are working on the fix and planning to apply to fix by March Update Patch.

└ The fix will be applied during the March Update Patch.

 

 

4. The Celestial Wave Skill of Mystic Knight when equipping Verdure Jade does not apply intermittently.  (Updated as of 28th Feb.)

└ The fix will be applied during the March Update Patch.

 

 

5. The [Sacrifice] skill of Vena Plaga is malfunctioning. 

   1) The cooldown of the skill is reduced when the Vena Plaga learned [Sacrifice], [Division (A)], and equipped with the Sacrifice Skill Level Up Heraldry. At this status, the cooldown will be reduced dramatically, but will not hit until the normal cooldown is passed. 

   2) The cooldown of the skill is increased when the Vena Plaga learned [Sacrifice], [Division (A)], [Class Mastery II], and equipped with the 20% Sacrifice Cooldown Reduction Heraldry. At this status, the cooldown will increase by 20%. 

 └The devs are working on the fix and planning to apply to fix by March Update Patch.

 

 

6. The Frozen Rune for the Knight class skills are not available.  (Updated as of 2nd Mar.)

└ The fix will be applied during the March Update Patch.
