This year's second Awakening Skill patch is for the Machina Awakening Skill.

As with the previous Lancea patch, two new Awakened Passive types have been added.
We sought a change in play tempo through the addition of an 'Offensive Passive' skill that can be used for both attacking and defending at the same time.
We also added a new 'Awakened Passive' that can clearly display the character's strengths.

In addition, we also completed a balance patch for 'Luster' and 'Impactor,' which have not been dealt with much for a while.

[Summary]

◆ Ruina is a character who gets in close to enemies and constantly uses skills.

◆ The core aspect of its style is using Duck to cancel current skills and deal damage.

◆ However, the character was lacking in some respects due to the absence of wide area attack skills and the low damage amounts of Steam skills.

◆ The addition of this Awakening Skill has added the ability to deal with enemies within range and consistently inflict high damage after using Duck.

Hook Grip

Greatly swings the Knuckle Gear and gathers enemies to the front of the character, then drags them.

Can be used by inputting the [Normal Attack Button] during use of [Tumble] or [Dash].

[Awakened Passive] Gear Drive

Enhances [Steam] skills.
Increases [Steam] Flying Knee Kick, [Steam] Wild Rush ATK by 100%.
Applies a [Kidney Blow], [Beat Down], and [Palm Strike] ATK +100% buff to the caster after using [Steam] skills.Buff duration: 3 sec

[Summary]

◆ Defensio is a class that takes on enemies on the front line with its strong defense capabilities and ability to continuously link skills.

◆ We added a new skill to reduce the delay after using Shove to defend against enemy attacks. A new passive skill has also been added to increase the damage of Explosion Currents, which are generated during core skill usage.

Cross Counter

Instantly moves in a designated direction and strikes.
Input a direction and press the [Normal Attack Button] during [Tumble], [Dash], or [Shove] to use in a designated direction.
The motions and utility of the skill differ for each direction.

Briefly invincible upon use

[Awakened Passive] Gear Smoke

Enhances [Reverse Order].
Increases the damage and explosion area of [Explosion Currents] and [Marks] that have been commanded using [Awakened] Reverse Order.

Whenever [Ground Spike], [Taunting Blow], [Rock Fist], or [Hitting Choke] land successfully on an enemy, the caster receives a buff increasing ATK 10%.Max. stacks: 3

[Summary]

◆ We increased the amount of the buff effect, enabling the class to be differentiated as a supporter that increases the attack power of party members. We also increased the attack power of main skills.

◆ More Luminance points are acquired than before. In addition, they are no longer consumed when using attack skills and Eternal Light Quartz (Awakened) and Eternal Light Might.

◆ The Eternal Light Soul's HP recovery effect was changed to a protective shield effect. It can no longer be used to restore party member HP.

◆ Glowing Nova is a skill with high attack power and utility in that it can be used to gain Luminance points and linked with Countdown. If used actively, combat can be carried out with more flexibility.

Generates an orb of light energy ahead, dealing damage to an enemy.
Use by pressing the [Special Attack Button] after using [main skills] or [Tumble].

[Awakened Passive] Hyper Galaxy

Increases the attack power of lightning generated when using Hyper Galaxy and decreases skill cooldown.

[Summary]

◆ Improved the mechanisms for Pulse and Intense Pulse, increasing the usage frequency of Intense Shock.

◆ Use of Crash Impact generates a Pulse and gathers in scattered monsters.

◆ Use of [Awakened] Intense Pulse increases ATK for a certain amount of time. Also increased the amount of Pulses that are converted to Intense Pulses, enabling usage of a more satisfying and powerful deal cycle.

Removed the specification preventing Pulse acquisition while in possession of Intense Pulse. Changed the activation conditions.
Activation conditions: Whenever movements are enabled → Any status except when being hit, airborne, or knocked down

L-Buster EX
Increased the attack power of Intense Shock by 100% when used as a follow-up.
L-Buster EX (Intense Shock) ATK: 10000% → 20000%

Stunt Rush EX
Added an effect increasing missile explosion range. Targets hit with Intense Shock when used as a follow-up are also now thrown further into the air.

Also added a camera effect that activates when the missile explodes and fixed the bug causing the missile effect to disappear immediately after appearing.

Skip EX
Reduced the frame rate of the follow-up Intense Shock up to the point of landing a hit. Hit targets are now thrown further into the air.

※ We confirmed and subsequently fixed the bug causing the frame rate of Intense Shock to be slower when used as a follow-up after Skip EX than after other skills.
