Our GM and administrator will never ask a player for ID and password via any means.

If you received in-game mail from a GM / Admin that asked me for ID and password, please report the incident by sending 1:1 Inquire.

a. Login to the official Dragon Nest site - http://us.dragonnest.com/member/Login
b. Click on the [1:1 Inquiry] option in the [Support] on the main page.
c. Select [Abuse Report] in the Topic and fill up the required information in the form.
d. Submit the form.

Our Customer Service Officer will inform our Game Masters to conduct investigate and take necessary actions once the report is verified.
