To retrieve your account ID, please send a ticket to our 1:1 Inquiry.
 

a. Go to the official Dragon Nest site - http://us.dragonnest.com  
b. Click on the [1:1 Inquire] option in the Customer Service section.
c. Select [Account Issues] in the Topic and fill up the required information in the form.
d. Submit the form.

Our Customer Service Officer will request certain information from you to verify your identity in order to retrieve your account ID for you.

[Important Note]

If you had transferred your account from the previous publisher, and you had forgotten your ID during the transfer process, and your email was not verified, we are unable to retrieve your ID for you due to technical restrictions.
