When accepting this claim, we'll do the [Account Delete] process which will delete your all information and data in our game.

This means that you cannot play Dragon Nest anymore with the account you are requesting to be deleted.

 

 

Please be sure about the account deletion request. Deleted accounts cannot be restored for any reason.

 

 

If you decide to leave Dragon Nest, please send 1:1 inquire as below.

Our service officer may give several questions to verify your identification in order to delete.

 

 

Once verifying all steps, we will send [Delete Confirmation Email] to your e-mail registered Dragon Nest.
