Please send a ticket to our Customer Service Support.
a. Login to the official Dragon Nest site - http://us.dragonnest.com/member/Login
b. Click on the [1:1 Inquiry] option in the [Support] section on the main page.
c. Select [Technical / Bug Issues] in the Topic and fill up the required information in the form.
d. Submit the form.
Our Customer Service Officer will inform our administrators to check out the bug and report to the development team for necessary fix.

Do not attempt to exploit the glitch found as you may risk your account been permanently banned and wiped.
